Come and reside in this ground floor apartment with all comforts. Relax in the bright living room that has access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a table for lunch or dinner outside. All bedrooms have access to a private patio where you can chill and unwind. This home is ideal for a vacation with family or friends. The beach is less than 100 meters away on foot, it is an incredible and very pleasant place to spend your holidays. The home is at a central location and with an area of bars, restaurants and other services just a walk away. Everything is very close. Also close to nudist beaches. In the residential there are some great services, such as the gym, garden areas, three swimming pools, one is for children, and a hot tub. The pools are open and available for bathing throughout the year. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment, but it is only available during the summer months. You can park outside the residence in a quiet and safe area.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Belvilla by OYO Costa Rey I! Die Wohnung war geräumig und wunderschön gestaltet, mit einer schönen Terrasse, auf der wir unsere Mahlzeiten genossen, während wir die Sonne genossen, Der Strand war nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, was es einfach machte, unsere Tage am Wasser zu verbringen, Die nahegelegenen Restaurants waren köstlich, besonders das Chiringuito Los Veteranos – großartiger Fisch! Die Kinder liebten die Schwimmbäder, und wir schätzten die Fitnessmöglichkeiten, Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Familienurlaub!
