The house features three bedrooms – two with single beds and one with a double bed – as well as two bathrooms, one of which is combined with one of the bedrooms. From the sleeping area, a hallway leads to the dining space and the inviting living room with a wood-burning stove, perfect for warmth and ambiance on cooler days. Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and oven/stove, making meal preparation easy and convenient. From the kitchen, a small hallway leads to the second, smaller bathroom. The interior is simple and homely, focusing on functionality and a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Outside, you’ll find a large, lush garden with plenty of space for play, relaxation, and cozy summer evenings. It’s the perfect setting for families or groups of friends seeking an informal stay close to nature, with easy access to local beaches and attractions. The house is not available for rent to youth groups or craftsmen.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Was für ein charmantes Ferienhaus! Wir liebten die gemütliche Atmosphäre und wie sauber alles war, Es war großartig, ein eigenes Badezimmer für jedes Schlafzimmer zu haben, und die Kinder hatten Spaß im Garten, Sehr empfehlenswert!
