You enter this very spacious holiday home for 14 people through the hall with a cloakroom (280m² in total). On the first floor, you will find a spacious, luxurious living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large dining table with plenty of space. Also on this floor are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, and a connecting bedroom with a double bed and two single beds separated from the double bed by a sliding door. The two spacious bathrooms have a rain shower and a sink. The two separate toilets each have a sink. On the second floor, you will also find a spacious, luxurious living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large dining table with plenty of space. There are two bedrooms with double beds. The two spacious bathrooms each have a rain shower and a sink. On the grounds, there is a cozy wooden gazebo next to a campfire area. Here you can enjoy a snack or a drink in the evening, and of course, there is also a barbecue. The property encompasses 1600m² of land surrounding the house, with a lovely large lawn for children to play on or football. There's plenty of space for everyone to have fun.

Your holiday home is located in the Elkeringhausen district and is a beautiful historic building steeped in history. Built in 1790 and renovated in 2022, it is a listed building due to its historical significance. Originally a watermill, it has been converted into a modern and luxurious holiday home.

Just a 3-minute drive from Winterberg, you have easy access to the amenities and attractions this popular destination has to offer. A nearby children's playground with a lovely pond is within walking distance.

Die Haus zur Mühle ist ein verstecktes Juwel! Wir wurden herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen, und das historische Gebäude ist faszinierend, Es bot viel Platz für unsere Gruppe, und die Regenduschen in den Badezimmern waren ein netter Touch, Außerdem war die Lage perfekt, um die nahegelegenen Radwege und Vergnügungsparks zu erkunden, Insgesamt ein erfreulicher Aufenthalt mit einer Mischung aus Geschichte und Komfort
