This holiday home with a fantastic location near the sea and the centre is ideal for 1 or 2 families. It also has a fenced private swimming pool for enjoying the refreshing dips and plenty of areas to relax in the sun. Moraira is a picturesque fishing village on the Costa Blanca. It offers a relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful coastline with crystal-clear waters, making it a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts. Stroll the narrow-cobbled streets and discover sights such as the 18th-century castle of Moraira. The supermarket is 1 km away and in Moraira, you will find plenty of cosy terraces and restaurants. The sandy beach is 2.5 km away and watersports is 2 km away. If you like partying, then don't forget to explore the nightlife of this region. A day trip to Altea (25 km) or Guadalest (25 km) is also worthwhile. The house has an enclosed garden that provides access via the stairs to the sun terrace with a swimming pool. From the terrace, you have a view of the beautiful valley of Moraira. The beds are made upon arrival and WiFi is available in the house. The nearest public transportation and bus service is 1.5 km away while the airport is 85 km away.

Ein sehr schönes, gut gelegenes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand und den Annehmlichkeiten von Moraira entfernt. (Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen) Alles ordentlich und sauber und gut organisiert. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet.
