Several nice and large terraces in natural stone, includes a first covered terrace with garden lounge furniture, BBQ and a big table with sea view. It is perfect for a family. The villa is located in a natural environment on the heights of Biot, in a small set of 8 villas on the edge of forest and ideal for lovers of nature, while being 5 minutes drive from the village of Biot and 10-15 minutes drive from the beach. Large entrance courtyard to park several vehicles with automatic gate. For all who love to have it in the holidays quiet and nice and enjoying this beautiful view! Airconditioning.

Wir hatten einen ganz entspannten schönen Urlaub in dieser fantastischen Villa. Der Blick ist umwerfend. Ideal auch, wenn man gerne etwas unternehmen möchte. Der Ort ist auch sehr nett. Das haus selber bietet alles, was man benötigt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und deshalb gibt es auch für das gepflegte Anwesen von uns 5 Sterne. Ja, wir empfehlen es gerne weiter. Vielen Dank! Sehr schönes Haus, noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Der Blick ist fantastisch, der Pool super. Das ganze Anwesen sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind komfortabel. Gute Küche und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Marion

Kurz und knapp - das Haus ist klasse, der Blick ist toll, wunderbar ruhig, super ausgestattet - perfekt. Der Ort Biot top. Lage zum Meer ist auch absolut ok und nicht zu weit. Sehr zu empfehlen. Paul
