On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, and WC.
Three bedrooms with double beds are located on the 1st floor, along with the bathroom.

In the attic, there are two more rooms with two single beds. There is another washing facility in the hallway.

The holiday-house is situated in the centre of Manderscheid. It between 5 to 10 minutes it is possible to reach supermarkets (Norma and Penny), a butcher, a doctor (for an emergency), a pharmacy, an outdoor-swimming pool, a tourist-information, the “Maar-Museum” and the “Eifelsteig” (which is a hiking-tour).
From the Autobahn (A1/A48) between Koblenz and Trier you need approximately 5 km to reach Manderscheid.
