The charming country villa impresses with its perfect and very beautiful location in a quiet courtyard, only 700 m away from the natural beach. It is furnished very tastefully and to a high standard. The living area of 205 m² is spread over 2 floors and offers enough space for up to 8 people. On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining area with a fireplace lounge that invites you to linger and access to the south-facing terrace with a large garden. Here you can enjoy the sun or conjure up a few delicacies on the gas grill. The spacious French kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It offers, among other things, a 2 ceramic hob, oven, deep fryer, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave and plenty of crockery. Upstairs are the other rooms, consisting of a bedroom, a shower room, a fireplace room with Smart TV and a sofa bed. Furthermore, the master bedroom is located on the upper floor, from which you can access one of the 2 balconies. Via the master bedroom you reach the dressing room with sofa bed and table football and the master bathroom. Here you can experience the impressive effect of the corner whirlpool, the 2-column washbasin, crystal mirror, large shower and the marble floor in handcrafted artistic processing. The large garden invites you to relax and play and offers enough space for the whole family. A barrel sauna completes the offer.

Bojendorf is a small farming village with around 200 local residents. The quaint village is located in the western part of the island of Fehmarn and is about 700m from the natural beach of Wallnau, where the bird sanctuary is also located. Here you can easily explore the landscape on foot or by bike and admire the most beautiful sunsets.
