Dies kann leicht gelöst werden, indem man eine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung installiert, damit das Hitzeproblem und der Lärm gelöst werden.Vorteil der Wohnung: Sie überqueren die Strandstraße und Sie sind am See wo man baden kann. ..

Wohnung ok, schade um die Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße am See entlang. In den Bergen sitzt man besser etwas höher.
