The beauty of Tuscany is reflected in this comfortable holiday residence. The green of the olive trees and the yellow of the sun characterize the landscape and also welcome you inside your holiday home. Your comfortably furnished apartment, some over two floors (from five people), is a great retreat. Each apartment has its own small garden with terrace and comfortable garden furniture, the studios on the upper floor have a balcony. Families with children in particular feel at home here. There is not only a spacious pool with its own children's area, but also a great playground with slides and other attractions - your children can let off steam safely here. An animation team provides additional entertainment. At the same time, your relaxation will not be neglected. That is why there is a separate pool area with hydromassage jets and a solarium with loungers and parasols. Magnificent beaches, a wonderful landscape and picturesque towns make up the charm of Tuscany - and you are right in the middle of it all. A short walk takes you to the centuries-old, shady pine grove that stretches a green belt around the sandy beaches of Tuscany. About 500 meters from the holiday complex is the small center with a supermarket, pizzerias and restaurants. Activities nearby: Long walks, extended tours by bike or day trips to beautiful Tuscany: you can spend your vacation so varied and at the same time relaxing. About four kilometers south you reach the seaside resort of Cecina Mare, the coastal promenade with numerous bars and good restaurants also offers a lot of variety in the evening. Livorno (35 km), Pisa (66 km), Grosseto (100 km) and Florence (115 km) are the three most important cities not to be missed on your excursions

Alles an unserem Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, und wir schätzten die kleinen Extras wie den BBQ-Grill, Die Lage war ideal, um die Toskana zu erkunden, mit einfachem Zugang zu großen Städten, Sehr zu empfehlen für jeden, der ein Zuhause in der Ferne sucht!

Duschen warem im Haus Tramontana 9 sehr sehr schlecht Schimmel für 6 Jahre alte Häuser geht gar nicht, Bei Ankumft war das speziell Tramontana Haus nicht für uns reserviert,wir hatten dies extra gebucht nachdem TUI mit dem Vermieter Rücksprache gehalten hat, Stress bei Ankunft pur, Hinweis am Anfang fehlte das man eine Touristengebür für 4 Leute für 2 Wochen von ca 63 Euro bezahlen musste !!
