Located in the countryside, the apartment has an external garden of 3000 m2 where you can sit and relax on the garden furniture and enjoy delicious barbecue meals. The swimming pool is private and the home has heating and air conditioning. The home is decorated with wooden beams, terracotta tiles, and has a modern kitchen. A fantastic view over the Val di Chiana awaits you and from the pool, you can see Montepulciano.

You can explore the cities of Tuscany and Umbria, which are nearby. There are lots of opportunities for hiking and mountain biking in the area as well. You can visit the cities of Cortona, 4 km away, Arezzo, 30 km away, Perugia, 45 km away, and Siena, 60 km away. You can find the town centre, general supplies, and restaurants 3 km away.

Wir hatten ein super Erlebnis. Wir kamen später am Abend mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern an. Wir bekamen schnell eine Führung und wurden gefragt, ob wir Hilfe beim Ausladen der Sachen oder der Kinder brauchten. Super schöne und ruhige Umgebung. Und alles ordentlich und sauber.

Wir hatten bisher eine tolle Zeit. Ein super netter Empfang. Sehr nette Vermieter, die auch auf die Kinder Rücksicht nehmen. Hoffen wir, dass das Wetter etwas besser wird, dann kann dieser Feiertag nicht schiefgehen
