The holiday apartment is located on the first floor and spans approximately 95mÂ². For your stay, we offer two triple rooms and one double room, as well as two bathrooms with showers and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There is also a large dining table with corner bench and a pull-out couch. On the balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Zillertal mountains. In the basement, there is a heated ski room with ski boot dryer.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut im Tal gelegen, so dass mit dem Fahrrad viele Orte schnell erreicht werden können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Der Ausblick vom großen Balkon ins Zillertal war atemberaubend!

Wir durften als 3 befreundete Pärchen einen tollen Skiurlaub im Hause der Familie Rauch verbringen. Eine geräumige Wohnung, modern ausgestattet inkl. Skikeller. Alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen wurden umgehend erledigt.
Zwei Skibus Haltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. In das Naheligende Mayerhofen kommt man kostengünstig mit dem Taxi.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Auch wenn wir nicht im Winter dort waren, wo der Schnee fällt, war es sehr schön und man hatte eine sehr, sehr schöne Aussicht (auch dank des Balkons, welcher um die Hälfte des Hauses ging). Die Gastgeber waren immer sehr freundlich und ich würde mich auf ein Wiedersehen sehr freuen.

Ein sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft, man hat hier auch mit mehreren Personen bequem Platz. Es ist alles auf einem neuen modernen Stand und man fühlt sich schon beim ersten betreten wie Zuhause. Die vermietende Familie ist sehr engagiert und zuvorkommend. Von dem Balkon der um das halbe Haus geht, ist die Aussicht ins Zillertal einfach nur spektakulär. Einen großen Skikeller mit Skischuhtrockner gibt es im Haus auch und daher für Wintersportler super geeignet. Das Haus steht in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend von Schwendau und auch der Skibus ist leicht zu erreichen, allerdings hauptsächlich zur Horberbahn. Wer wo anders hin möchte, muss auf das eigene Kfz, ein Taxi, umsteigen an der Horbergbahn oder auch zu Fuss, seinen Weg finden. Alles in allem ein sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft.
