Holiday home on a residential road, just approx. 300 m from the beautiful beach in the resort town of Ålbæk. Very charming decorated with a personal touch. The house is furnished with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra bed on a 3/4 bed in the living room with windows, which provide good light. From here there is access to the garden room and out to the terrace. Renovated kitchen. The house is heated with air / water heat pump. Located on a 726 m & # 178; large plot where there is a landscaped garden where the sun can be enjoyed all day. Ålbæk harbor, with its lovely harbor environment and art in the old shipyards' buildings, is a short walk down the road. Not for rent to youth groups.
