Through the sliding doors in the living room, you enter the spacious garden with terrace.Living roomThe cosy seating area has enough room for 6 people. The TV dresser holds the flat-screen TV and the HIFI installation/radio. The living room has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs and a high chair. The ground floor is comfortably heated by underfloor heating. The floor is tiled. The conservatory is a great place to enjoy the first rays of sunlight.Open kitchenThe well-equipped kitchen has sufficient kitchen appliances. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, induction hob, plenty of cutlery and crockery.BedroomsOn the 1st floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds in each room.
