Located on a hill, you can enjoy the wonderful view over the lake and the two islands of San Biagio and Isola del Garda. You will stay in a complex that also includes a hotel and was completely renovated in 2012. Depending on your convenience, you can use the service there. Extensive olive groves, vineyards and cypress gardens characterize the landscape around Manerba. Since the early Middle Ages, the community on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda has been the location of a castle (Rocca di Manerba) directly above the lake, remains of which have been preserved. Inland, the place has retained much of its traditional rural character. In quaint pubs and restaurants you can enjoy typical dishes and good wine of the region in a family atmosphere. On a clear day you can even see Torbloe as far north as the lake. The remains of the old castle include a nine-hectare archaeological park, which also includes part of the lake shore. The landscape is ideal for leisurely hikes and bike rides, especially in spring and autumn. On hot summer days, on the other hand, there is hardly anything better than a refreshing dip in the lake, surfing or sailing
