With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is well-suited for families or groups looking for comfort and functionality close to the sea. A washing machine is also available, making longer stays convenient. The heart of the house is the spacious 45 m² open-plan kitchen and living area, designed for family life. Here you will find a cozy dining space for shared meals, free WiFi, and a TV with several German channels. A climate-friendly heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor temperature throughout the year, while the large windows provide plenty of natural light. Outdoors, guests can enjoy an 80 m² terrace, of which 11 m² are covered, making it easy to spend time outside regardless of the weather. Whether you are dining al fresco, relaxing in the sun, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, the terrace is an ideal place to unwind. The property’s natural setting adds to the sense of privacy and relaxation. A highlight of this location is the proximity to the beach, which is only about 300 m away. The child-friendly sandy shoreline is perfect for swimming, walks, and days spent by the water. Combined with its spacious layout and family-friendly amenities, this holiday home offers everything you need for a memorable stay near the Danish coast. Please note: rental is not available to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
