The property offers two bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, shower, and underfloor heating for comfort and convenience. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with twin beds, and two lofts with single beds, making it ideal for families or groups while ensuring privacy. The interior combines practical functionality with a warm, homely atmosphere. Outside, multiple terraces are equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, creating a perfect setting for summer evenings or outdoor dining. The private pool is a highlight, ideal for cooling off during sunny days or enjoying leisurely family moments. With spacious indoor and outdoor areas, this home provides a relaxing and memorable holiday experience. Rental is not permitted to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Viel Platz für unsere Gruppe von 10, Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und wir liebten die Terrasse im Freien für unsere Abendtreffen, Einziger Nachteil war kein WLAN, aber wir haben es trotzdem gut gemeistert, Würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
