Located just 50 meters from the Limfjord with panoramic views of the water, you will find this inviting and bright two-story townhouse. In one of the best locations close to Hals marina, restaurants, and the town's shops, you are centrally located in the heart of the town. On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with shower, open kitchen with dining area, living room with access to a fenced, covered terrace, and a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. TV for streaming channels via Chromecast. On the first floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower, a room with a double bed, and a living room with the option of a double sofa bed. From the living rooms, you can follow the hustle and bustle of life on the Limfjord, including the ferry that sails between Hals and Egense. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the water, and you should not miss the beautiful sunset over the Limfjord. There are also great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, as the house has a south/east-facing courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee, as well as a 12 m² covered terrace and west-facing balcony where you can watch the beautiful sunset over the Limfjord. As the townhouse is centrally located on the harbor in Hals and close to the ferry terminal and the town center, there may be some noise from these areas. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Schön mit einem Badezimmer auf jeder Etage, tolle Aussicht, sehr zentral gelegen in Bezug auf Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Einrichtung, / ein Minuspunkt, dass es im 1. Stock kein Licht am Bett gab, sodass man im Dunkeln im Bett laufen musste, alles, steh wieder auf, um das Licht auszuschalten,

Es war ein schönes und gut funktionierendes Haus und es gab alles, was man braucht. Dass man Terrassen sowohl oben als auch unten und hinten nutzen konnte. Schön wieder leicht zu reinigen.
