Description

The finca "Un trozo de Mallorca" is one of those properties we'd love to multiply, as gems like this are rare indeed. For starters, it's a genuine natural stone finca in a secluded location, yet the beach and the sea are just a few meters away as the crow flies. Moreover, this is not an urbanization or a fishing village; the finca is truly located along an undeveloped stretch of coastline in the eastern part of Mallorca. Here you'll find a breathtakingly beautiful coastal landscape of flat rocks interspersed with small sand and pebble coves. Even during peak season, these mini beaches are often deserted. Just imagine: a small, romantic finca situated in a place that allows you to chill on the "almost-private beach" in the evening and reflect on the day. Alternatively, you can spend lovely evenings on the property surrounding the house. On a 3,000 m² plot, there are charming terrace and gravel spots that invite you to linger at leisure. A glass of wine will surely taste delightful at the pretty dining table under the terrace roof, just as breakfast must have been enjoyable while gazing into the garden. During the day, the slightly elevated terrace is also an attractive spot, where you can find comfortable loungers perfect for extended sunbathing sessions.
Beaches are in close proximity, especially the dreamy cove "Sa Font de sa Cala". There you can also shop and there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. Those who need more infrastructure will find it in the nearby Cala Ratjada.

As already clearly mentioned, this finca scores points, among other things, for its location near the beach. Approximately 5 km away, you will find the fine sandy cove "Sa Font de sa Cala". It forms a small tourist center with a good dozen bars and restaurants that have settled around the beach. There are also two smaller supermarkets with everything that is important for daily needs. If you ever need more infrastructure, just drive to the neighboring Cala Ratjada with its lively beach and harbor promenade. Nearby, there are also several golf courses, most notably "Capdepera Golf".

Die Finca besticht durch ihre geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die besonders großzügige und gut durchdachte Ausstattung! Sie ist schön gelegen und zu drei Seiten des Hauses finden sich Liegeplätze, so dass man immer Sonne oder Schatten wählen kann.
Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, gut geschützt und ungestört. Sehr zu empfehlen!
