Description

A classy abode to take a large party of 10 comfortably in a rather vintage kind of home. The holiday home is divided into 2 communicating apartments. Fano Town Centre is 5 km away, where you can pick out all the groceries and essentials. Beach can be reached after a few minutes' drive away. Restaurants and Bakery will treat you to delicious snacks, meals and baked goodies to enjoy and carry back home as well. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace divided into several rooms overlooking the dining room and a large built-in kitchen. A bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. The other apartment is all on the first floor. There is a living room, a TV room, a dining room with access to the large balcony equipped for outdoor dining, a spacious kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The washing Machine will help you sort laundry. Garden and garden furniture are added delights here. Fano Train Station is 6 km away.

Sehr schöne riesige Villa mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Aussicht ist recht schön, das Anwesen recht groß und die Lage sehr ruhig, obwohl die meisten Touristenattraktionen recht schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Auch die Begrüßung war sehr nett, ich würde diesen Ort weiterempfehlen.

Very nice huge villa with everything you need for vacation. The view is quite nice, the domain quite big and the location very quiet, although most tourist attractions are reachable quite quickly by car. Welcoming was also very nice, I would recommend this place.
